Technical support for Systemetrics software products is
provided on an annual subscription basis. Subscription support provides
software updates and bug fixes, together with telephone and electronic
support. If you have subscribed for technical support, you are welcome

or submit a description of your question or problem via e-mail to
support@pagemate.com. If you

To assist with resolution of operational problems,
all Systemetrics' software products provide a capability to generate
detailed log files during operation. If you are having a problem
that is repeatable, we will usually ask you to generate and submit
log files that trace program operation when the problem occurs.
